Friday, January 13, 1832.

The petition of Jacob Crosby and others; " of David Gardner and others; " of Robert Gates and others; " of David Seavy and others; " of Silas Lurner and others; and " of inhabitants of plantation No 23. praying for a bounty on Bears; " of Winthrop agricultural Society for aid and encouragement, were severally read and referred to the joint standing committee on agriculture, in concurrence.

The petition of Nathaniel Haskell for a grant of land; " of Joseph Saucebecin in relation to the present condition of the Indians were severally read and referred to the joint standing committee on State Lands, in concurrence.

The petition of sundry inhabitants of Hartland to be annexed to St. Albans, " of sundry inhabitants of Hartland to be annexed to Pittsfield, and remonstrance of the town of Hartland against said petitions; " of Nathaniel Luint [?] to be annexed to Brownfield; " of inhabitants of Cornville in relation to the line between that town and Milburn, and remonstrance of Nathaniel Malbourn against said petition; Petition of inhabitants of Brownfield that part of Denmark may be annexed to said town, " of Nicholas Ridout Junr and others to have land set off from North Yarmouth and annexed to Cumberland; and
