Bill - in further addition to an act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, was taken up and the vote refusing the same a second reading reconsidered, - the Bill was then amended, read a second time & assigned for a 3d reading at 10 o clock tomorrow.

The House having received the report of the Conferees on the part of the House, so far recede from their former votes as to adopt the proposed amendments of the Senate & pass the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate
