107 any lands in the County of Washington commonly called Indian lands, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - and the House concurred

Report on the Petition of David Haynes and others granting leave to withdraw, came from the senate accepted for concurrence, and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Committee on Manufactures to enquire whether any alteration or amendment may be made in an Act for the support and regulation of Mills, passed Feby. 8. 1821., in order more effectually to enable the proprietors to improve their several privileges by erecting works to be driven by water power and and keep up a sufficient head of water for moving the same - and the House concurred.

Report on Petition of Benjamin Cole referring the same to the next Legislature came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the committee on the Judiciary to enquire what alterations of the law if any ought to be made on the subject of liens and report by bill or otherwise, and the House concurred.

Petition of Ebenezer Everitt and others in relation to the Agricultural law came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Agriculture for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the Petition of Thomas Bartlett, Jr. the Committee asking to be discharged from further consideration of the same, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
