Notice to commanding Officers of standing Companies] Mr. Steele, from the Select Committee to whom was referred the Bill entitled "An act requiring Persons enlisting into Independent Companies to give notice thereof to the Commanding officers of the standing Companies" reported the same with amendments. The said Bill was read the second time, the amendments proposed by the Committee were agreed to, and the Bill then passed to be Engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
