The Senate adhere to their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. [Resolve in favor of Nathan Hills & others] Resolve in favor of Nathan Hills and others came up from the House indefinitely postponed. The Senate recede from their former vote and refer said Resolve to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. [Bill regulating bail in civil actions] "An Act in addition to an act regulating bail in civil actions" reported by the Committee on the Judiciary was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
