Petition of James Gow and 108 others against extra Judicial Oaths. - of Mary Foster Guardian to her four minor children praying that she may be authorized and empowered to make partition of real estate owned in common and undivided, with sundry persons, by executing mutued deeds - of the same, that she may be empowered to join in suitable deeds with sundry heirs of Andrew Craigie to convey all the right of her minor children in certain real estate, were severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary sent up for concurrence
