Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the committee on the Judiciary to consider the expediency of authorizing the county Commissioners, for the county of Penobscot, in behalf of said county, to assume the making and repairing of so much a road in Dalton as lies between the Kenduskeay stream and Levant village, read and passed in concurrence.
