Report on Petition of Town of Bangor, __ on Petition of John Bennock, __ on Petition of George Leonard, came from the Senate, severally accepted for concurrence, and the House nonconcur, and recommit the same to the Committee on Claims. sent up for concurrence.

Resolve for aiding the establishment of a Free Bridge over the Back Cove between Portland and Westbrook, came from the Senate, they nonconcurring with the House in the indefinite postponement of the same, and referring the same to the next Legislature for concurrence; and the House recede from their vote indefinitely postponing the same, and refer the same to the next Legislature in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Rufus S. Right, was read once and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Report on an Order relating to the 5th section of an Act for the education of Youth, that Legislation on that subject is unnecessary came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Resolve in favor of John G. Deane, __ in favor of Edward Kavanah, were severally read once as taken into a new draft and recommitted to the Select Committee of this House who reported the same.
