276 Wednesday March 7 1832 Met according to adjournment

On motion of Mr Magoun Ordered, that the Committee on the Pay Roll be directed to make up the pay for hard and attendance of members including Friday next.

Resolve in favor of James Public was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill additional for organizing and governing the Militia came from the Senate they refusing to concur in the amendment proposed by the House, and the House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
