Bill to incorporate the Sugar Island Side Boom Company was read a first and second and third time, the new draft proposed by the Senate accepted and the same passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Bill additional for organizing and governing the Militia came from the Senate, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A and the House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as by them amended, and propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Tobin, Strout of Durham and Smith of Gray. Sent up for concurrence

Bill additional to provide for the education of Youth, was read a third time passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Joseph D Emery, was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Gorham Parks was read a first and second time and the new draft adopted, and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill for the preservation of Stillwater Bridge, was read a first, second and third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
