Bill additional for organizing and governing the Militia came from the Senate, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A and the House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as by them amended, and propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Tobin, Strout of Durham and Smith of Gray.
