Monday, February 6th, 1832.

The petition of David Trash [?], for aid from the State, was read and referred to the committee on State Lands, in concurrence.

The petition of Hosea Rich and others, in relation to dissections, was read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence.

The petition of the Trustees of the Westbrook Seminary for aid to that institution was read and referred to the committee on Literary Institutions, in concurrence.

The petition of Richard Clay and others; praying for a Bank at Gardner, was read and referred to the committee on Banks and Banking in concurrence.

Mr. Thayer from the committee on the State Prison, made a report on the annual report of the Warden of the State Prison, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The report of the committee on Literary Institutions, on an order relating to school agents, came up from the House, recommitted to the same committee. The Senate reconsider their vote passing to be engrossed, Bill respecting school agents and also the vote accepting said report, and concur the House in recommitting the same.
