I have for sometime back, make the record three times during the night at 9, 12, and 3 o'clock. Q. The regulation temperature is from 68 to 72? A. Yes sir. Q. Mr. Baker I find the lowest temperature registered is at 3 O'clock in the morning, and they run from 60 to 70 in the lower male in the month, the lowest one I see is 62 on the 19th, in Feb I find one instance 62.
