Resolutions of the General Assembly of the State of Connecticut in opposition to an alteration of the Constitution of the United States as proposed by the Legislatures of Missouri & Georgia also

Resolutions of the General Assembly of the State of Vermont in opposition to the aforesaid alteration of the Constitution of the United States came from the Senate accompanied by all the documents to which it refers

An order came from the Senate referring so much of the Governors Message of this date as relates to the report of the Land agent to the joint standing Committee on State Lands &

So much thereof as relates to the Resolutions of the General Assembly of Kentucky in favor of the American System & Internal Improvement also the Resolutions of the General Assembly of the State of Delaware in favor of the Tariff - also the Resolutions of the Legislature of Louisiana on the same subject to the joint Committee on Internal Improvements and that the Resolutions of the General Assembly of Connecticut & also the Resolutions of the General Assembly of the the State of Vermont in opposition to an alteration of the Constitution of the United States to referred to Messrs. Kingsbury & Ingalls with such as the House may join - & the House concurred & joined to the select Committee last aforesaid Messrs. Clifford of Newfield, Barnard of Alna & Fogg of Scarborough
