Bill relative to the Fishery in Penobscot Bay River - to repeal an Act to authorize the Court of Sessions in the County of Lincoln, to lay out a road across Friendship River and for other purposes, were severally read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve in favor or Adams and David was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence
