On motion of Mr. Boutelle of Waterville Ordered that the Governor be requested to transmit to this House a copy of the account of Daniel Rose late Land Agent which has been recently settled by the Governor and Council - and also a report recently made a Committee of the Council in relation to timber cut on Dead River as to which Samuel Folsom was appointed Agent by said Rose

On motion of Mr. Hardy of Bucksport - Ordered that the Committee on Apportionments be instructed to inquire into the expediency of annexing the Inhabitants of the "Isle of Wetmore" with their estates in the county of Hancock to the town of Bucksport in said County, so that the said Inhabitants may be entitled to the privilege of voting in said town, for State and County officers and also for the purpose of taxation to the State and County tax - sent up for concurrence -

The Committee on Bills in third reading report - Bill - to enable P.R. Cazeaux and L.P. Cazeaux to inherit and hold lands within this State as taken into new Draft which was adopted and the Bill read a third time and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence

Bill - respecting the agencies of Insurance Companies - was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve authorizing the town of Whiting to raise money for the purpose of making and repairing highways was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A - sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Elkanah McLellan was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked B - sent up for concurrence.
