[Bill regulating taking Fish in Franklin] An Act regulating the taking of fish in the Town of Franklin, was taken up, and after some discussion laid on the table.

[Resolve. J. Carpenter.] Resolve in favour of Joshua Carpenter, was read a second tome and laid on the Table.
