Mr Davee, from the committee on the Incorporation of towns, to which was recommitted Bill to set off a part of the town of Harrington and annex the same to the town of Addison, reported that the same to referred to the next Legislature, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to exempt certain goods and chattels from attachment execution, and distress was taken up and committed to Messrs Ingalls, Talbot and Scammon.

Resolve in favour of Samuel K Gilman was read once and committed to Messrs Talbot , Davee and Smith.

Resolve additional, appointing a committee to establish the dividing line between Hollis and Lyman, reported by the committee on the Judiciary was read once and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to establish the Oxford Canal Corporation, Bill to incorporate the Manufacturers and Trades Bank, Resolve in favour of Joseph Colley, were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed.

Mr Keith, from the joint select committee appointed to ascertain what further business there is to be acted upon the present session and when the Legislature may have a recess, made a report which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
