Remonstrance of the town of New Castle against the Petition of Elisha Clark and others was read and referred to the Committee on Division of Towns - sent up for concurrence.

Agreeably to assignment the House resumed the Bill making valid the Acts and Resolves passed by the Legislature of the year eighteen hundred and thirty and for other purposes - which was read a third time and certain amendments to the Bill were proposed and adopted and the question of passing the Bill to be engrossed discussed until the House adjourned to 2 o'clock this afternoon -
