Bridges and canals, and Mr. Drummond was appointed to serve on said committee in his stead - of which the House of Representatives was informed by message.
[Resolve William Witt] Resolve in favour of William Witt, was read once, and Saturday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading, and the same was committed to Messrs. Ingalls, Drummond and Harding.
[Woolwich Ferry Company.] The consideration of an Act to incorporate the Woolwich ferry company, was resumed, and after some debate the question of passing said Bill to be engrossed was decided in the negative.
