On motion of Mr. Dumont, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so amending the law of attachments as to enable creditors to attach one mesne process and set off, on execution a Debtor's right of redemption in real estate that has been set off on Execution, also to enable creditors to attach on mesne process and set off on Execution a Debtor's right of redeeming an equity of redemption that has been sold on execution.
