The House again resolved itself into a Committee of the whole - on the Bill to regulate Banks and Banking - Mr. White of Monmouth in the Chair - and after remaining in session during the afternoon the Committee rose and were directed to report progress.
On motion Ordered that when this House adjourn, it adjourn until nine oclock tomorrow morning.
