Saturday, March 5, 1831.

[Bill Incorporating Madawaska and Aroostick.] An Act incorporating the Town of Madawaska, and for other purposes, was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

[Bill to incorporate Sebois West Branch Sluice.] An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of Sebois West Branch sluice, came up from the House amended the Senate reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and refer said Bill to the Joint standing committee on State lands. Sent down for concurrence. concurred

[Remonstrance refered.] Remonstrance, and other papers, concerning the division of the Town of Berwick, were read and refered to the Joint standing committee on the Incorporation of Towns, in concurrence.

[Bill revoking the charter of Kennebunk Bank.] An Act revoking the charter of the Kennebunk Bank, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Send down for concurrence.

[Bill concerning corporations.] An Act concerning corporations, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, as amended, Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill defining the powers of Judicial Courts.] An Act additional defining the powers of Judicial Courts in granting reviews, and for other purposes, came up from the House amended; the Senate reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendments proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as thus amended, in concurrence.
