Resolve in favour of Joseph D. Emery, reported by the committee on Public Buildings, was read a first and second time and referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favour of Baileyville and Plantation No. seventeen was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed, as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

A message was received from the House informing the Senate that the House had reconsidered their votes passing to be enacted, and to be engrossed, Bill to prevent fraud in the inspection of fish, amended, the amendment proposed by the Senate, and ordered said Bill to be re-engrossed as thus amended. The Senate nonconcur the House in their proposed amendment to the amendment and adhere to their vote ordering said Bill to be re-engrossed as amended, of which the House of Representatives were informed by message.
