60 Petition of W. Delesderniel and 31. others to be incorporated under the title of the Calais Railway company - were severally read and referred to the Committee on turnpikes Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Inhabitants of the town of Hartland to give up their corporation. __ of the Inhabitants of Hartland to be set off to Canaan were severally read and referred to the Committee on the Division of Towns - sent up for concurrence -

Petition of Levi Lincoln and others for the passage of a Resolve ratifying and confirming certain doings of Leonard M. Parker. __ of the Inhabitants of Portland for a City Charter - were severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John M. Blanchard for change of the names of himself and children - was read and referred to the Committee on Change of Names.

Mr Frost of Standish, called up the consideration of the Order introduced by him on the 13th. instant - but before any question was taken thereon the House adjourned -
