215 being sustained - the question, "shall the main question be now put" was taken and decided in the affirmative - the Resolves were then passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence with the Senate and the question upon passing the same was taken by Yeas and Nays and decided as follows - Yeas 95, Nays 54.
