On motion of Mr Carey Ordered that the Joint Select Committee to whom was referred the subject of the laws relating to retailers &c be instructed to enquire into the expediency of repealing an Act in Addition to the several Acts for the regulation of Innholders Retailers and common Victuallers - sent up for concurrence -

An Additional Resolve respecting the North Eastern Boundary came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as amended for concurrence - The House nonconcur with the Senate in the proposed amendments and pass the same to be engrossed without amendment - sent up for concurrence -

An Additional Resolve respecting the Northeastern Boundary came from the Senate, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended - The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed without amendment - propose a conference - and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Williams of Augusta, Fessenden of Portland and Clifford of Newfield - sent up

And the House adjourned
