292 Resolve in favor of John Cottle was read once and indefinitely postponed - sent up for concurrence. Bill to incorporate the Adonis Ledge Fishing Company came from the Senate they having nonconcurred the House in the indefinite postponement and referred the same to the next Legislature. The House recede from their former vote, so far as to refer the same to the next Legislature in concurrence with the Senate - sent up. Report on the Petition of Directors of Sugar Island side Boom Corporation granting an order of Notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred - sent up. Report on petition of Catherine Emerson Admr. granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred - sent up. Report on Petition of John Lovejoy - on Petition of Directors of Exchange Bank referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate, accepted for concurrence and the House concurred - sent up. On motion of Mr. Frost of Standish, Ordered, that the Secretary of State be directed to lay before the Legislature a statement of his doings under a Resolve passed in 1831 entitled, "Resolve respecting the Records in the office of the Secretary of State", read and passed, sent up.

Resolve providing for building a Bridge in the town of Brownville was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, sent up for concurrence.
