Division Order, Pittston, August 8. 1800.

Brigadier-General Sewall is requested to cause the two Companies within-mentioned to be organized, and annexed to the Regiments as within ordered. By order of M. Gen. Dearborn, B. Gannett, Aid de camp.

Brigade Orders, 2. Brigade, 8. Division, August 13. 1800.

Colonels John Chandler and James Jones will order the elections in each of the Companies above established, appoint suitable persons to preside, and make return of the Officers elect, with all convenient dispatch. By order of B. Gen. Sewall, S. Howard, B.M.


Division Orders, 8. Division, Pittston, August 7. 1800.

Brigadier Generals Sewall and Wood will please to immediately give the necessary orders to the several Commanders of Regiments within their respective Brigades, for the purpose of regimental inspection and review -- to parade on such days between the 15. day of September and the 20. of October next, as said Brigadier-Generals may judge proper. The companies of artillery and cavalry within this Division will also parade with the Regiments to which they are locally attached. --
