12 On motion of Mr. Cobb, Ordered, that four hundred copies of the Governor's message be printed for the use of the Senate.

On motion of Mr. Burnham, Ordered that the vote to dispense with the reading of the documents accompanying the Governors message, be so far reconsidered as relates to those from the Governor of South Carolina; and that that part of them be read.

On motion of Mr. Emerson, Ordered that the vote for reading the documents from the Governor of South Carolina be reconsidered.

On motion of Mr. Talbot, Ordered that a message be sent to the House of Representatives proposing a Convention of the two Houses in the Representatives Chamber, tomorrow at eleven o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of choosing seven Councillors to advise the Governor in the Executive part of the government, the ensuing political year and also for the purpose of choosing a Secretary of State; which message was delivered by the Secretary. Adjourned.
