Mr. Davee was charged with a message to the Governor and Council informing them that Robert P. Dunlap, Alfred Pierce, Nathaniel Clark and John Hodgdon had been duly qualified to act as Councillors.

On motion of Mr. Williamson, Ordered that Mr. Talbot be added to the Joint Standing Committee on State Lands.

The Petition of Richard A. Walker and others, the Senate recede from their former vote whereby they referred the petition to the joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals and concur with the House in referring the same to the joint standing committee on the Incorporation of Towns.
