The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill additional to an Act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highways and the same was passed to be enacted. Sent up. The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Fernald - in favor of Rufus L. Wright - in favor of Daniel Lindsay and six others - respecting the Township numbered one in the twelfth Range in Penobscot county which were finally passed.
