Saturday February 23rd 26th Bill fiving remedies on Judgements rendered by Courts of County Commissioners, and prescribing the mode of levying Execution against Towns and Plantations. Read a second times, the amendment of the House adopted and further amended as on sheet marked B and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the town of Milford. Resolve for the relief of the town of Hartland severally read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to prevent the destruction of Pickerd in the Great and Little Madomock Ponds Bill to incorporate the Northern Bank were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Scammon from the Committee to whom was recommitted a Bill in relation to a school fund in the town of New Gloucester, made a report asking leave to be discharged from firther consideration of the subject, and chat the same be referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

Mr Howard from the joint standing committee on Agriculture, reported reference to the next Legislature on the petition of the Massachusetts Society for promotion of Agriculture.
