Bill - to establish the Kennebec Boom Corporation having been twice read and amended as on sheets annexed marked A and B - Remonstrance of R.H. Gardiner and others against the incorporation of the Kennebec Boom Company, being read were both referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence

Bill - additional respecting attachment of Property on mesne process was taken up and referred to Messrs. McCrate of Nobleborough, Bourne of Kennebunk and Babbige of Vinathaven -
