193 Saturday February 9 1833

Mr Hamlin from the Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of Jacob Clark and Live S Brown: made a report a shing leave to be discharge from further consideration of the same and recommending a reference to the Committee on State Lands. Read and accepted Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Cobb from the Committee on Manufactures reported legislation inexpedient on the petition of Nathan Winslow and others. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as correctly engrossed; Bill to incorporate the Bangor and Pushaw Canal Company. and the same was passed to be enacted
