Bill in addition to an Act to incorporate to an Act to incorporate the City of Portland, came from the House passed to be engrossed, for concurrence. Read once and committed to the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary. Sent down for concurrence

The petition of Samuel Hudson and others for leave to build a Bridge over the Kendusheag River in the town of Bangor; of John F Smith and others for relief on account of damages sustained by flowing Canal; were severally read and referred to the joint standing Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals, in concurrence.
