Wright for leave to flow the State lands in Township Number five, 2d range North of Bingham lands - came from the Senate referred to the committee on State Lands for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of John R. Stinson and others for relief on account of monies paid by them to the State as sureties of Wm. Boynton, Deputy Sheriff, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Claims for concurrence - and the House concurred.
