On motion of Mr Abbott of Vassalboro Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire onto the expedient of revising the laws respecting pouuds and impounding beasts and respecting lost goods and stray beasts, with leave to report by bill or otherwise read and passed sent up for concurrence
On motion of Mr Cale of Bangor Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expedient of recersing the several statutes now in force regulating the sale of Ardeuet Surts and embe objing all necessary provisions upon that subject into a single Act with leave to report by Bill or otherwise read and passed sent up for concurrence
On motion of Mr Bolster of Rumford Ordered that Messrs Bolster of Rumford Kimball of Gilead Lawrence of Gray Thompson of Budgeton and Moore of Dover Lea Committee with such as the Senate may join to consider what alterations if any are necessary in the several laws none in force providing for the Education of youth with leave to report by Bill or otherwise read and passed sent up for concurrence
