The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Boom incorporation to incorporate the Commercial Bank which were severally passed to be enacted sent up

The came Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve for the relief of William Hilton Jr - in favor of Simon Lovert which were severally finally passed sent up.

Petition of Nathan Winslow and others for a side Boom at Sugar Island on Penobscot River came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals for concurrence and the House concurred.
