On motion of Mr. Jewett of Portland Ordered that the Secretary of State be required to take from the files of the Senate the Petition of Elijah Grover and accompanying papers and send the same to this House read and passed sent up for concurrence. An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs. Groton and Cobb a Committee with such as the House may be join to enquire what printed blank forms are needed to enquire what printed blanks are needed by the several Committees of the Legislature to enable them to complete their reports with uniformity and dispatch and to procure the same at the cost of the State and the House concurred and joined on their parts Messrs.
