87 Petition of the Assessors of Argyle Plantation for the establishment of Bounds was read and referred to the Committee on the Incorporation of towns - sent up for concurrence. Petition of Charles Freeman and others to be incorporated into a Society by the name of the Cumberland York and Oxford Clerical Library Society was read and referred to the Committee on Literary Institutions - sent up for concurrence. Petition of John Davis and others praying for a Law requiring the use of Broad Rimmed Wheels was read and referred to the Committee who have that subject under consideration - sent up for concurrence. Petition of the Selectmen of Clinton for a revision of the Law respecting paupers was read and referred to the Committee who have that subject under consideration - sent up for concurrence.
