Bill additional regulating Elections was reported by the Conferees on the part of the House as taken into a new draft - & the House so far reconsider their former votes in relation to this Bill as to adopt this new draft & the same having had three several readings passed to be Engrossed in concurrence

An order came from the Senate directing the Secretary of State to notify the Governor that John C. Humphreys of Brunswick has been Elected by the concurrent vote of both Branches of the Legislature Major General of the 4th Division of the Militia of this State which was read & passed in concurrence

Bill additional relating to Bowdoin College reported by the Select Committee as taken into a new draft which was adopted & the same having been read was referred to the
