Met according to adjournment

Ordered that Messrs. Clifford of Newfield be a Committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the two Houses of the Legislature have passed upon all the public business before them and are ready to adjourn without day & to inquire if he has any further communication to make to them - sent up for concurrence

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Resolve respecting the use of the Public Buildings at Portland respecting the Records in the office of the Secretary of State in favor of the road leading through the Notch of the White Hills providing for the settlement of the Massachusetts Claim on the Pay Roll of the Senate which were severally finally passed sent up for concurrence.

A message was received from the Senate informing the House that they had voted to adjourn without day when they next adjourn

Ordered that when this House next adjourn it adjourn without day & the Senate by Message was notified thereof

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives which was finally passed sent up for concurrence
