Bill to establish fees of Notary Public came from the senate for concurrence they having recommitted the same the House recede from their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed and recommit the same in concurrence sent up

Petition of Rufus K Goodenow to be admitted to practice law was read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary in concurrence with the Senate

Petition of Oliver B Douance and others of G P Cox and others of Caleb Bradley and others for repeal of the License Laws were severally read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary sent up for concurrence

Report on the Gov Message in relation to the report and resolutions of the Gen Assembly of North Carolina and Joint Resolution of the Senate and assembly of New York the committee asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate sent up
