Message from the Governor, To the Senate and House of Representatives The Secretary of State will lay before you the Report of the Agent appointed to superintend the sale and settlement of the Public Lands together with the Report of the Council thereon. I also transmit for your information, Resolutions of the General Assembly of the State of New Hampshire, approving the Sentiments contained in the Proclamation of the President of the United States dated December 10. 1832. Council Chamber Jany 12. 1833 Saml. E. Smith - which Message was read and sent up.

The Report of the Land Agent came from the Senate referred to the Committee on State Lands, with instructions that 500 copies thereof be printed for the use of the Legislature - for concurrence and the House concurred - sent up.

Resolution from the State of New Hampshire - came from the Senate for concurrence, referred to the Joint Select Committee who have under consideration that part of the Governor's Message relating to the State of South Carolina - and the House concurred - sent up.
