Afternoon The Senate met according to adjournment.

The Secretary of State came in and laid upon the table "An Act in addition to an Act regulating Judicial process and proceedings" and "Resolve relating to the public lands" severally accompanied with the Government's objections to approve the same.

On motion of Mr. Bradbury, ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet at ten o'clock tomorrow morning.
