Met according to adjournment

On motion of Mr. Shapleigh Ordered that Messrs. Shapleigh of Berwick, Shed of Otisfield, Lermond of Union, Lord of Trenton, Emerson of Calais, Huse of Wilton, Wyman of Bloomfield, Gove of Corinth, Hutchinson of Buckfield, and Drew of Belmont be a committee, said committee to consist of one from each county to take under consideration the subject of travel of Members of this House, regulate the same and make out a list and hand it to the committee on the Pay Roll.

On motion of Mr. Eustis the above named committee were discharged from any further consideration of the subject.

Bill respecting Judicial process came from the Senate, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed and propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs. Thayer, Boutelle and Keith - and the House adhere to their vote refusing the Bill a passage, assent to the proposed conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs. Washburn, Williams and Dane.

Bill respecting School Agents was read a second time and indefinitely postponed. The same was sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to alter the law establishing Bowdoin College came from the Senate they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended - and the House adhere to their vote postponing the same indefinitely. Sent up for concurrence.
