256 On motion of Mr. Benson of Winthrop Ordered the Committee on Agriculture be instructed to enquire into the expediency of regulating by law the sale of Grain with leave to report by Bill or otherwise - read & passed sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Arnold of Palermo, Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so altering the law that Plantations shall be obliged to support their poor - with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read & passed - sent up for concurrence.
