The committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bill to annex a part of the town of Hallowell to the town of Gardiner to prevent the destruction of Pickerel in Chandlers and Joel Bean Mill Pond to incorporate the Sullivan Granite Company additional respecting salaries of Judges and Registers of Probate to incorporate the Trustees of Lewiston Fales Academy to increase the toll of a Bridge over Weld River in the town of Gilead to regulate the taking of Fish in Royals River in the town of North Yarmouth to incorporate certain Persons for the purpose of building a Bridge over Kennebec River in the town of Norridgewock which were severally passed to be enacted sent up for concurrence

The same committee report as duly engrossed Resolve in favour of the town of Dennyville - authorizing a loan in behalf of the State - respecting the State Prison which were severally finally passed sent up for concurrence
