The committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Resolve establishing a board of Internal Improvement. The question being on the final passage of the resolve. Mr. McClintock of Bristol called for the previous question and the call being sustained - the question was then taken "Shall the main question be now put" which was decided in the affirmative - the resolve was then finally passed and the question on passing the same was taken by Yeas and Nays as follows Yeas 86 Nays 73 (see appendix page ) sent up for concurrence.

The same committee report as duly engrossed Bill to change the name of the town of North Salem " additional increasing the salary of the Judge of Probate in the county of Cumberland and fixing the time of holding the Court in said county " to prevent the destruction of Pickerel in Thomas Pond, Morton's Pond, Camden Pond and Fletcher's Pond in the county of Waldo " to incorporate the town of Shirley
