344 read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheets annexed marked A B and C sent up for concurrence

Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Dam Company came from the Senate for concurrence they having nonconcured the House in their 1st 4th 10th 11th and 13th amendments and further amended the same as on sheet marked R and passed the same to be engrossed as thus amended - The House recede from their vote so far as to adopt the amendments of the senate further amend the same as on sheet annexed marked Z and pass the same to be engrossed as thus amended and the question on passing the same to be engrossed was taken by Yeas and Nays and decided as follows Yeas 126 Nays 27 see appendix page
